Several days a week, the center comes alive with an exuberant showcase of Ugandan culture. Amidst vibrant theater performances and delectable dinners, diverse dances from the country’s myriad tribes take the spotlight. Held in a 700-seat amphitheater, the show unfolds on Sundays at 6 pm, Wednesdays at 7 pm, and Fridays at 7 pm.

Derived from the term for “flute,” the name “Ndere” symbolizes the troupe’s unity, akin to the harmonious tones of this instrument resonating across cultures.

Central to the center’s mission is its dedication to reviving Ugandan cultural pride while sharing it with the world. A devoted team of Ugandans meticulously research and respectfully showcase the facets of each culture that contribute to the tapestry of Ugandan identity.
